FOREIGN DELIVERIES
When purchasing items to have shipped outside of the USA, we aren't able to control customs adding charges to your order pick-up. We want you to be aware that there could be charges depending on your country of residence, and to prepare for them in the case they are required to be payed before retrieval of your parcel into your custody. Additionally, customs may take longer than anticipated to get your package to you. Please be aware of these circumstances. 
Muted Ltd. is not responsible for wait times, charges pertaining to customs or other over the border delivery costs and inconsistencies.

Returning an Item

In the email, provide us with your order number and garment(s) that you wish to return. A member of our team will get back to you within 2 business days with your next steps!

Expectations

All items (with the exception of sale items) accepted as returns within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds will be made once items have been received and we will notify you via email once we send the refund through. We stand by our product and want you to enjoy it as we do. Any unworn product will automatically be considered for returns.
